Misty Work

She walks holding
The hands of the clouds
And her misty work
Removes the veils
Between us and ourselves
She brings peace to a
Troubled mind
Ease to an aching heart
Joy to a tired body
And reminds us to
Breathe, laugh, eat, play
Hold our loved ones
Find our smiles again.

There is an intimate link between one’s mind, one’s emotional landscape, and the body.
How we feel about ourselves directly influences our inner dialogue, our behaviours in the areas
of eating and exercise, and even our relationship with the people in our lives.
